Robe blanche nacrée. Nez fin et délicat sur les fruits jaunes compotés, la pêche, la mangue avec une pointe d'exotisme, de curry. Bouche aérienne, fine avec une attaque florale, mentholée qui glisse sur des micro-bulles vineuses et fruitées à la fois. Finale salade de fruits, litchi, salivante, délicate et gastronomique. Servir sur des ris de veau.
