Belle robe grenat, assez soutenue, aux reflets violacés. Beau nez gourmand à souhait, de beaux fruits mûrs, de fraise écrasé, de mûre et de cannelle. Bouche acidulée et amylique façon pomme d'amour, fraise tagada qui laisse une impression gourmande d'enfants. Un boisé un peu vanillé renforce cette sensation en finale. Servir sur un lapin au miel.
