Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Robe jaune assez soutenu, aux reflets or-verts. Nez très aromatique nous entrainant dans une promenade en forêt avec ses senteurs d'humus frais, de fougères, de champignons et de plantes. En bouche, changement de route, nous sommes plutôt dans une forêt d'agrumes avec une chair fraîche acidulée, tonique et salivante. Finale verveine. Idéal dès l'apéritif.
