Robe jaune soutenu aux reflets cuivrés. Nez aromatique de fruits jaunes compotés avec un soupçon de cuir fin et de pierre à fusil. Bouche élégante, fruitée, savoureuse aux saveurs plutôt gourmandes, un peu meringuée. Finale typée. A essayer sur une andouille de Vire.
