Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Joli nez de fruits rouges, de fraise et de framboise, avec une touche balsamique. C’est très agréable, on déguste des cerises bigarreaux. Le côté caramel en finale associé aux notes grillées est à mettre sur des viandes, côtes de marcassin, daube.
