Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Robe jaune doré, scintillante aux bulles discrètes. Nez fin et floral se développant autour du tilleul et de la fougère. En bouche, saveurs enveloppantes, briochées et toastées, chair grasse, un peu champignon et de l'exotisme avec une pointe vanillée. Très longue finale qui tiendra tête à un belle viande de veau, escalope milanaise.
