Splendide robe rouge violacée profonde. La jeunesse éclate au nez avec un panier de fruits noirs juteux, myrtille et cassis, figues fraîches et poivre. Explosion en bouche avec des notes chocolatées, chlorophylle et réglisse. Une pointe de cuir fin en finale pour ce vin fougueux. Sans se presser, il va s'assagir et vous offrir un bel accord avec une sauce au poivre.
