Robe jaune pâle dorée et lumineuse. Bulles fines. Nez de fleurs typées iris, genêts. Bouche tonique à la chair structurée, soupçon d'humus frais, d'herbes fraîches qui évoluent vers la poire. Finale gourmande et rafraichissante. Servir sur des sushis.
