Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Jolie robe jaune paille, fin cordon de bulle élégant. Nez très évolué avec une note toastée, briochée. Le vin est très élégant, frais, gourmand, mais on recherche l’effet carbonique. Bulle sous-jacentes, pas opulentes. C’est un vin de repas, avec une blanquette de veau.
