Belle robe grenat sombre. Beaux arômes fumés et camphrés, presque mentholés à l'attaque qui évoluent vers la confiture de fraise. Avec la bouche, nous rentrons dans l'univers du végétal, poivron, humus. La chair est tendue. Notes de moka et de tabac. Finale resserrée autour de petits tanins. Servir carafé.
