Robe jaune pâle lumineuse, reflets verts. Micro-bulles nombreuses. Nez dans l'univers floral assez typé : rose, pivoine, avec beaucoup d'élégance. Belle attaque de bulles en première bouche, la chair se fait incisive et minérale. Elle distille des notes un peu mentholées, aériennes. Un champagne jovial qui accompagnera tout un repas.
