Robe grenat assez clair. Nez classique et agréable mêlant fruits rouges et noirs, plutôt gourmand et accessible. Bouche de prime abord juteuse, salivante, qui se gonfle en fin de bouche de petits tanins fermes et stimulants. Notes de clou de girofle. Finale acidulée. Servir sur un rôti de veau aux airelles.
