Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe grenat soutenu un peu opaque. Il développe un joli nez complexe et mature de fruits noirs rôtis avec un soupçon eau de vie. En bouche, c’est l’harmonie qui prime, avec une chair construite et équilibrée qui diffuse des notes de myrtille et de réglisse. Finale un peu grillée et fumée, élégante. Servir vers 16°C sur un Parmentier de canard.
