Belle robe rose, orangée voire ambrée. Nez complexe et évolué de pivoine, infusion de plantes. En bouche, la chair est vineuse, épicée, fumée. Notes de mandarine, impériale et de gentiane. Longue finale kirschée. Servir sur un canard aux pêches.
