Belle couleur jaune paille aux reflets vieil or. Nez d’abord discret qui s’ouvre sur les fruits secs, raisins, abricots. Bouche vineuse et riche aux larges notes de foin, fleurs de genêt. Bulles discrètes en soutien. Un champagne de style mature. Servir sur une sole grillée, petits champignons.
