Belle robe jaune, dorée. Bulles fines. Nez très pâtissier, tarte au citron, noisette grillée, assez surprenant. En bouche, belle vivacité, puis un retour fruits secs, fleurs mellifères. Finale désaltérante. A essayer sur des fruits de mer.
