Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Splendide robe or façon lingot, scintillante. Grand nez rôti et intense mêlant l’exotisme, le miel d’acacia et les agrumes confits. La bouche révèle une chair liquoreuse, complexe, délicate, à la sucrosité maitrisée. Agréables notes d’ananas rôti au sucre Moscovado. Belle fraîcheur en finale, c’est très bon et digeste. Servir vers 10°C sur un fromage persillé.
