Arômes de vin de Porto comme sur un grand Vintage, et de fruits noirs, de goudron. En bouche s’expriment des saveurs fines de thé aux fruits rouges, d’Earl Grey. Une sensation de citron et de citronnelle, épouse la matière dense et riche. Il faut jouer sur des accords sucré-salé. Plats à base de magret de canard grillé ou risotto aux cerises.
