Voilà un vin abouti. On part de jolis accents de fruits noirs et rouges, assortis d’une touche de pivoine et d’iris. Après oxygénation c’est la violette qui s’exprime. Une belle maturité qui lui donne de la matière et de la gourmandise…pour les gourmands.
