L’entrée en matière donne le ton : il est plaisant. Fruits noirs, truffe, pointe chocolatée. On déguste du suave, du délicat le tout supporté par des tanins ronds et soyeux. On ne reprochera pas la finale un peu mordante qui joue sur l’acidité car elle permet des accords gourmands.
