Robe topaze, ambrée, avec un nez de miel, de figue et de datte. L’attaque est dense puissante, riche, complexe. Petite touche de tanins en finale. Grande richesse apportée par un support sucré. On l’imagine bien sur des cailles rôties aux raisins.
