Belle robe lumineuse avec des reflets légèrement cuivrés. Nez aromatique, complexe: cuir, chocolat, tabac. Attaque soyeuse, longue. La finale est sur les épices mais aussi sur l’alcool. Un vin de terroir qui semble être à son apogée. A marier à un gibier, civet par exemple.
