Magnifique robe pourpre profonde et soutenue. Au nez, notes d’encens, une pointe fumée, de jolis fruits noirs gorgés de soleil. Bouche distinguée, polie et franche aux contours finement dessinés d’une matière tannique veloutée. Larges notes de pivoines, un peu de musc et de chocolat. Belle complexité en finale. Servir carafé et osez le gibier !
