Belle robe jaune citron, lumineuse. Beau cordon régulier et fin. Elégant nez mêlant fruits secs et fruits frais type brugnon. En bouche c’est l’équilibre qui prime, petits accents iodés, chair tendue, désaltérante. Finale acidulée. Servir dès l’apéritif, sur des sushis.
