D’une magnifique couleur pourpre aux reflets brillants violacés, il nous offre un grand nez complexe et profond mêlant la myrte, le cuir fin et le poivre. Belle bouche racée, fine, qui distille tranquillement des notes de cassis noir, de champignons et un toasté délicat soutenu par une chair brillante et pleine d’énergie. Jolie matière en finale qui aura raison d’un beau gigot d’agneau de 7 heures.
