Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Magnifique robe noire, encre, violacée. Nez puissant, sanguin où s’entremêlent myrte, prune, cuir fin. Il a encore besoin de temps mais tout est en place. La bouche est dense, pleine. La chair est juteuse. Larges notes de tabac, une pointe de truffe. Il y a du Vin ! Soyons patients et prévoyons un joli râble de lièvre et de cèpes
