Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune soutenu aux reflets or. Nez un peu discret, très élégant, évoluant vers la gentiane, le miel de sapin. Bouche originale et complexe aux notes de bâton de réglisse allant sur l’anisé. Chair vineuse, presque charnue. Longue finale un peu fumée. Un Champagne pour les repas, notamment avec une escalope de veau à la crème.
