Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune doré assez pâle. Nez dégageant une grande finesse, la verveine, le tilleul évoluant vers le nougat. La bouche est harmonieuse, vineuse et mature aux forts accents grillés. Joli jus fondu, juste très bon. Essayer sur un foie gras en terrine.
