Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Magnifique robe jaune pâle aux larges reflets or-verts, scintillante. Joli nez complexe, certes encore un peu sur sa réserve mêlant la pêche jaune, la mangue aux notes grillées. Bouche à la chair grasse et acidulée, notes un peu exotiques. Finale juteuse qui s’étire en bouche. Servir vers 12°C sur une brouillade de truffes.
