Belle robe, rose soutenu aux légers reflets cuivrés. Nez puissant et sauvage évoquant la myrte, la réglisse et la prunelle. Bouche élégante, assez ronde avec des notes de framboise et d’artichaut. Bulles fines qui apportent une bonne fraîcheur. Servir vers 8° sur l’apéritif.
