Profonde robe sombre violine, très brillante. Splendide nez aux arômes torréfiés, fumés, d’un élevage intelligent et réussi, fruits noirs, kirschés et épicés. Bouche puissante et opulente agrémentée de superbes tanins francs et racés. Chair dense et concentrée, jamais sur-extraite. Longue finale légèrement humus enveloppée d’un fin boisé. Servir sur un osso-buco.
