Belle robe rouge, violacée. Nez fougueux et sauvage évoquant la queue de cerise, le clou de girofle et la prunelle. La bouche est tonique sur fond de tanins fins et nous rappelle une promenade automnale en sous-bois avec ses notes de champignons et d’humus frais. Finale juteuse. A servir sur une tatin de boudin noir.
