Nez très expressif, fraise, myrtille et poivre. Des arômes subtils. La bouche est nette, précise, très marquée par la fraise. Long, le fruit est explosif soulignant jeunesse et fraicheur. Un vin harmonieux, bien construit, très rond. A marier avec un osso-buco.
