Nous sommes sur des notes marines et une touche d’évolution propre au millésime. Le terroir lui confère ses qualités mais c’est avant tout son élevage qui lui donne le gras et la richesse. Il lui faut des plats à sa mesure. Attendre un peu en cave ne lui fera pas de mal.
