Robe grenat brillante. Nez explosif et croquant de petites baies rouges et noires, de poivre gris et de noyau de cerise, finement toasté. Bouche éclatante et juteuse, salivante, rappelant le jus de groseille et la framboise. Une chair gouleyante et une finale rafraichissante. Servir vers 16° sur une canette aux cerises.
