Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Robe jaune clair, brillante et limpide, aux reflets écorce de citron. Nez de fruits blancs et jaunes aux notes citronnées. Attaque en bouche fraîche sur un joli fruité, sec et minéral. Notes de bergamote et une pointe d’exotisme. Finale un peu anisée très agréable. Servir vers 12° sur des pâtes aux palourdes.
