Belle robe jaune étincelante aux reflets dorés. Joli nez floral et gourmand, certes un peu réservé. En bouche, la rondeur laisse la place à une jolie minéralité. Notes salines. Notes de foin et de pâte à brioche. La chair est fine, salivante. Finale sur la poire. Servir vers 10° sur des sushis.
