Belle robe pourpre soutenu, très brillante. Nez intense, rôti et confit de fruits rouges et noirs. Nuances d’épices et d’herbes fraîches façon garrigue et charnue aux saveurs réglissées et fumées. Chair mûre et tonique. Longue finale sauvage façon maquis, myrte et prunelle. Servir vers 16° sur une pastilla de canard aux fruits secs et oranges confites.
