Belle robe grenat soutenu, brillante. Joli nez épicé, fumé, presque lardé, complété d’épices et de crème de cassis. Bouche digeste et équilibrée avec une jolie trame tanique. Notes de champignon et de tabac. Longue finale poivrée. Servir vers 16° sur des lasagnes à l’agneau.
