Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune dorée assez soutenue. Nez gourmand et plein, aux notes de brioche façon Pogne de Romans. Bouche charnue et riche, presque beurrée avec un léger côté résiné. Bulles fines en soutien pour apporter la fraîcheur. Longue finale un peu vanillée. Servir vers 8° sur un tourteau.
