Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune pâle aux accents dorés. Nez puissant et riche aux arômes de noisette, de levain et d’artichaut. Bouche mûre et typée nous rappelant l’asperge sauvage, le champignon frais avec une pointe d’humus frais. Servir vers 8° sur un flan d’asperges.
