Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe scintillante, jaune aux reflets dorés. Agréable nez de fruits secs et de plantes. Belle attaque de bulles qui laisse place à une chair un peu vineuse aux saveurs de levain et de cassis. Finale épicée très désaltérante. Servir vers 8° sur une poêlée de mousserons.
