Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Robe rouge éclatante. Le nez allie les fruits rouges (fraise surtout) et la cerise. La fraise est massivement installée en bouche complétée par des notes de cerise. Un vin frais, gourmand, qui « pinote » alors que ce cépage est absent. Un côté bourguignon lui apporte une certaine noblesse et complexité. Une découverte intéressante. A accompagner avec des pigeons rôtis.
