Belle robe rouge rubis assez soutenu. Elégant nez qui fleure bon la confiture de fraises, le chocolat. Bouche ronde à la texture digeste et évoluant sur un moelleux suave et fruité. Longue finale juteuse sur le noyau. A servir sur un beau saucisson lyonnais brioché.
