Belle robe rose pâle saumonée. Nez un peu beurré de fruits rouges macérés et d’amande amère. Bouche acidulée à la chair gourmande et aux notes de fraises écrasées, et de noyau. Bulles fines et harmonieuses. Servir vers 8° sur une tarte aux fraises.
