Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe pâle, jaune citron, lumineuse. Superbe nez fin et élégant d’une gourmandise absolue, aux arômes exotiques, papaye, mangue, avec un soupçon de miel. Bouche façon fruité intense, belles bulles en soutien, notes de purée de pruneaux. Très bel équilibre. Finale un peu nougat. Servir dès l’apéritif.
