Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Nez gourmand, jugez plutôt : citron confit, marmelade écrasée, touche d’anis, une envie de le prendre en bouche immédiatement. Suite toute aussi gourmande, fraîche, élégante, ronde, riche, la pointe d’acidité qu’il faut, tout est bien. Il y plus de fraîcheur dans ce 2012 que dans certains 2014. Une belle réussite.
