Une robe noire avec des reflets violines. Une approche olfactive qui se montre d’abord discrète puis libère des arômes de cerise compotée et de tabac. La bouche est en accord avec le nez. Le tabac blond se livre d’emblée. Un vin charpenté à la puissance domptée. A associer avec un plat d’automne. Bravo !
