Belle robe rouge grenat clair, brillante. Nez simple et un peu rustique mêlant les fruits noirs à l’alcool, les sous-bois et l’humus frais. Bouche un peu tendue, kirschée, presque acidulée et fumée. Finale soyeuse. Un Bourgogne gourmand à servir sur un pâté-croûte à la volaille.
