Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe jaune pâle scintillante aux reflets or-vert. Nez flatteur et gourmand avec un brin d’exotisme, de poire et de pêche. Belle richesse en bouche avec une chair un peu grasse qui distille de douces notes sucrées de miel d’acacia, de nougat et de camomille. Finale digeste et fraîche. Servir vers 12° sur un feuilleté poire-chèvre.
